Friends from back east came out to help us. Three years ago, we jacked up the barn and replaced a sill plate and some joist. Two years ago, we tore off all the original cedar shingles and put tarps on the roof. Last year, we put a new roof and soffits on the barn. It looks so nice, and has been saved from disaster.
